Reiki, Energy Work and Intuitive Healing

Reiki is a healing modality that works with the energy lines of the body.  Reiki does not work with energy which is "good" or "bad" but with the non-polar energy that is in us and around us.  By directing energy to the places that need it, blockages, stagnations and deficiencies can be fixed.  Chakras are the main energy centers of the body, so Reiki works heavily with those centers.  Don't worry if you don't know about your chakras or feel your energy centers - you don't even have to believe in Reiki for it to work.
